TRITEC’s representation throughout Europe continues to expand following the agreement signed with RYANTEL Ltd. The TRITEC product range will play a significant role in RYANTEL’s overall objective, of being the supplier of choice in Ireland for optical network solutions.

This new acquisition to TRITEC’s distributor network is very encouraging, according to their sales & marketing manager, Jonathan Hunt. "The Republic of Ireland is the UK’s fourth largest export market, so it is potentially a very lucrative market for us. With having such a professional outfit as RYANTEL being the face of TRITEC in Ireland, we are very confident that our product can be proactively marketed there."

The range of products available through RYANTEL will include optical fibre cable, free space optics, SDH equipment and splicing tools and accessories. Peter Ryan (pictured left), the Managing Director of RYANTEL and former head of optical design at Eircom, is very excited about the prospect of exploiting the TRITEC product range across the telecoms and datacoms markets. "I felt that the FASE II offered something different to other splicers available here. I intend to use its appeal to the full, as I introduce the product to installers and potential customers in universities."
